Some jobs require a deposit as we must purchase very special materials for these custom jobs. Once we order the materials or begin actual construction no refund or changes in any Purchse Order will be allowed. Should the contracting agency decide to pull the PO, they will be billed accordingly for any materials, time and effort put into their nets or frames.
Innovative Net Systems assumes NO liability OF ANY KIND beyond the actual cost of the product or services sold and then only if INS finds a defect or reason for a monetary compensation.We carry No liability insurance or product liability , bonded or otherwise. INS does not assume any liability for designs written or fabricated, nor do we assume any liability for information given as we have no idea as to how you may interpret such.INS does not assume any liability for late delivery of goods as there are many factors that can delay production , fabrication and delivery. INS assume NO LIABILITY for late delivery especially during the months of June1 - Oct 30.
Some items have special guarantees for workmanship and application. We will provide information upon request. We reserve the right to inspect any and all merchadise before any complaints are addressed.
Any order placed, verbally or with written PO can not be retracted once we have pruchased materials or have begun construction.
Returns must be authorized by INS. Customer has 10 working days to file for a return authorization or to make claims due to workmanship issues.
All payments are to be made within a 30 day billing cycle unless a prior agreement with INS has been authorized. INS has the right to confiscate ANY goods NOT paid for after 45 days of receipt of invoice. All shipping, storage, legal or packaging costs, including labor, to be assessed to the customer.
How to Order:
1. Send INS an email with official logo. Include a PO number or the last 4 numbers of your credit card.
2. Mail in a PO on official stationary.
3. Call us at the shop and discuss what you want or what you need. We like speaking with customers and we can walk, work and discuss business all at the same time.
4. Send us an e-mail and request our 2012 E-Catalog with descriptions and prices of some of our present gear.

INS is concerned that some major companies might try to get a hold of its select designs and net patterns to copy both here in the USA or outsource to Mexico or Asia. It is this concern that forces us to issue Non-Disclosure Forms with some specially designed nets . This form simply states that when we send you a net, you will not send it off to any other marine supplier or net shop for duplication or design theft.*
We have overcome hurricanes, floods and serious health issues. We are not about to lose what we have worked so hard for as a family and a business, to any company attempting Industrial Espionage, Intellectual Property Theft or Plagiarism.

Design Theft : the act of dismantling a net so that the meshes, tapers and hanging ratios can be counted and copied for reproduction. Usually the offending party does not have the means or the know how to formulate their own designs and must resort to copying a competitor's design.
Design Theft is technically NOT a crime unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement is in place. However, it is highly un-ethical and cheapens the product, the manufacturer and the end user.

Delays are possible. . . .
Yes, there are times when circumstances out of our control cause delays. We are a small , family business and it is near impossible to bring in "temporary" help as this is a learned skill.
