Polytron 8 and 12 strand Towlines
This is a braided rope that is ideal for tow lines. Braided means no revolutions or twisting. It has a firm gripping surface, even when wet , that twisted rope just can not compare with. It is blue color and it floats. It can be easily spliced and has excellent abrasion.
3/8” line is 3,200 lb. test minimum .23 per foot x 600’ reel
1/2" line is 6,000 lb. test minimum .31 per foot x 600’ reel
3/8” is 8 strand 1/2” is 12 strand

Amsteel Braided™ The strongest rope in the world
This is an 8 and 12 strand braided line that is made from the strongest fiber in the world, Dyneema ™. It is used to replace steel cable on bridles and winch set up tow lines. This is a serious rope that can take tonnage.
The 1/4” Amsteel Gray can usually out break most 1/2" lines in lesser quality lines.
It is NOT recommended for hand use....only winches.
1/4” line is 7,700 lb. break test .80 per foot x 600’
5/16” line is 12,100 lb. break test $1.27 per foot x 600’
3/8” line is 17,300 lb/ break test $1.75 per foot x 600’
